I'm looking for a new home
Absolutely fabulous Rocco is looking for a forever home. He came to us from a pound. Luckily, we know a little bit about his past. He used to live with a lady in a wheelchair and was her companion. Unfortunately the lady went to a hospital long term and Rocco escaped from his minder. He ended up in a pound. The pound phoned the lady as Rocco was microchipped but the lady understood that he is in rescue, not a pound and she thought that it would be the best for him in a new home.
So now beautiful boy Rocco is looking for his new family. As one of my friends described he is an absolute superstar!!! He is a true people’s dog, loves company and cuddles. He is always happy and wagging his tail. We can tell that he did spend a lot of time alone in a garden as he has got pressure sores on his body and it seems that he was chewing rocks a lot.
Unfortunately beautiful boy got hit by a car just before Christmas last year and had to get plates in one of his paw. He can bear weight on this leg but runs on three legs. As much as Rocco loved chasing a ball he had to give it up.
Rocco is very polite meeting dogs but we feel he would be better living just with his humans. He is super sweet boy, so full of love and affections. He would be best suited with children over 12 years old as he can be a little jumpy when excited!
