I'm looking for a new home
This stunning boy is Cairo. The poor boy has had a really rough time of it in his few short years on this planet. Cairo came to us from the UK, where he was kept in police kennels from December 2019 because he’s a banned breed under Breed Specific Legislation. He was too close to losing his life but, thankfully, he has many good people on his side and they fought hard to get him released and brought to us here at Claddagh Rescue.
We’ve been getting to know Cairo better over the last number of weeks and you better believe he is a sweetheart. First off, he loves his cuddles so you better be ready to show him some major love back. Balls are also a big favourite of his and if that ball happens to be thrown into water … well that’s even better! Swimming with a ball brings so much joy to this boy who was locked up for so long.
He doesn’t mind passing other dogs on his walks but he’d rather not share the limelight at home, so a house with no other pets is what we’re looking for. Cairo doesn’t realise this, but he’s very strong, so he’ll need a calm, adult only home to settle into with his new best friend.
If you think you could offer Cairo the home he deserves then get in touch with any queries or for an application form.
